Trip Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our trip policy. A R5000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, and the full amount must be paid by 31 March 2025 to guarantee the current price, as prices may increase after 31 March 2024.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, and if you cancel after full payment, any refunds (if applicable) will be subject to supplier policies and cancellation fees.

For travel requirements, a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond travel dates is required. A Schengen Visa is mandatory for entry into Greece, and while we provide assistance with the application process, approval is at the discretion of the relevant embassy. We also strongly recommend travel and medical insurance for your peace of mind.
