This package is valid for travel between January | February | March 2026. Travelers may choose their own preferred dates within this period. Surcharge applies for solo travelers. A non-refundable deposit of R5000 is required to secure your spot. Flexible installment payment options available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices are indicative and correct at time of loading onto the NBGS Travel website and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, rate increases, airfare increases and availability.

Confirmation & payment:
A Non-refundable Deposit of R5000 per person secures your booking.
Confirmation is subject to payment and payment must be cleared in full before arrival.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
We accept any confirmed cancellation of a reservation. Such cancellation is effective on the day it is received by us. The client will be notified of the acceptance of the cancellation.

Generally, cancellation charges are as followed:
Upon confirmation, all payments must be received prior to the arrival of the guests.
•Cancellations between 90 days & 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged
•Cancellations between 7 days & 48 hrs prior to arrival, 75% of the total cost will be charged
•Cancellations less than 48 hrs prior to arrival, the total cost will be charged
•No Shows will be charged at all cost
