1. Service Overview

1.1 NBGS Travel will assist the client in the preparation, submission, and processing of visa applications.

1.2 The service does not guarantee the issuance of a visa, as it is subject to the approval of the respective embassy or consulate.

2. Service Fees

2.1 The fees for visa services include administrative and handling charges and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Visa fees, consulate fees, and additional service charges (courier, embassy fees, etc.) are separate from service fees and are the client’s responsibility.

2.3 Fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted, regardless of the outcome of the visa decision.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The client must provide accurate and complete information, including all required documentation, to facilitate the visa application process.

3.2 The client must ensure that their passport has the necessary validity and blank pages required by the visa-issuing country (at least 3 blank pages).

3.3 Any delay or rejection due to incomplete, inaccurate, or false information provided by the client will not be the responsibility of NBGS Travel.

4. Processing Time

4.1 NBGS Travel will advise the client of the estimated processing time for the visa based on information provided by the respective embassy or consulate.

4.2 The processing time may vary, and the service provider is not liable for delays caused by the embassy, consulate, or third-party services.

5. Visa Approval or Rejection

5.1 Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. NBGS Travel has no control over the outcome and is not responsible for any denial.

5.2 In the event of a visa rejection, the client may be required to provide additional documents or reapply, at their own expense.

6. Changes and Cancellations

6.1 If the client wishes to cancel the service after submission but before the application is processed, a partial refund may be provided, subject to the provider’s discretion.

6.2 If changes to travel dates or plans occur after the visa application has been submitted, the client must notify NBGS Travel immediately. Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be borne by the client.

7. Liability

7.1 NBGS Travel is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by visa rejections, delays, or errors made by the embassy, consulate, or the client.

7.2 NBGS Travel will not be held liable for travel interruptions, missed flights, or other losses resulting from visa processing delays or refusals.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 NBGS Travel will keep all personal data and documentation confidential and use them solely for the purpose of visa application processing.

9. Acceptance

9.1 By engaging NBGS Travel, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
